A wild bedroom,
(50m²) with a delicious outside view.
First floor, you can enjoy, from the balcony of this room, the view on the last buttresses of the Morvan, the canal of the nivernais and the Burgundian roofs of the village of Chevroches.
Inside, a double King size bed (200×200), with the possibility of converting it into twin beds (2 mattresses, 100×200). The quality of the mattresses is remarkable. This room has a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower and a claw-foot tub. The toilet in the bedroom is separate.
The most about this chamber: its independence.
A direct access from the outside, with a small balcony, ensures you optimal privacy. An amazing view to the landscape, large spaces inside to feel free and relaxe.

Granit’s bedroom
An intimate room, a prelude to rest…
Located on the first floor of the house of Master Carrier, the room Granit size 40m² and is the most intimate of the four.
Equipped with a bed of 160×200, allowing the perfect seat for reading alone or in good company. The spacious bathroom includes a bathtub with legs revisited, the sink is integrated in an old chest of drawers, with top and credence in Carrara marble. The toilet in the bedroom is separate.

La Suite Mucha
Two chambers, one with a mezzanine,
with an an Art Deco / Art Nouveau atmosphere.
Located on the first floor of the Master Carrier’s house, the 75m² Mucha suite is a delight. The master bedroom has a double bed of 180×200, and another mezzanine of 160×190 with the possibility to convert it into twin beds (2 mattresses-box spring 80×190). This suite offers two water spaces: a luxurious bathroom on the ground floor, and a bathroom upstairs. The toilets are independent.
A pedestal table, a castle door decorated with a Nancy stained glass window, accessories and period furniture complete this unique charm.

La Suite Colombier
Two bedrooms, a private terrace and views of the beautiful garden.
Located on the first floor of Master Carrier’s house, the 62m² Colombier Suite combines several assets of joint rooms. It is a Suite with a double bed on the ground floor (180×200) and another 160×190 in mezzanine with the possibility of converting them into twin beds (2 mattresses-box springs 80×190). It has a luxurious bathroom on the ground floor, and a bathroom upstairs, independent toilets. The outside access opens onto a pleasant terrace, between shade and light.
Located at the end of the house, with views and direct access to nature, this colourful and bright suite combines originality, calm and tranquility.

Common areas
As a guest, you have access to the common parts of the house area.
INSIDE
On the first floor, a small living room adjoining the access to the rooms will allow you to enjoy the glass roof and its light in order to fully enjoy every minute.
Next door, the large stone staircase of Burgundy leads to a spacious dining room where you can have breakfast and tea/coffee time.In continuity of this room you will find an open and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, coffee makers, toaster, etc).
Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 10:00. Breakfast is a self-service buffet. You can help yourself
Apart from breakfast, it is forbidden to eat on the entire estate, inside or outside, without prior authorisation. You are not in a gîte but in a guest room. We can exceptionally authorize a snack / meal on the domain for 10 € per meal (lunch and dinner) and per room, and only on request. Any meal on site will be charged.
OUTSIDE
A warm and intimate garden has been designed and laid out to satisfy your desire to relax. You will enjoy sharing your breakfast in the open air or savouring your current reading. Located in front of the main property, pretty terraces in espalier, from which you will be able to observe several treasures, were arranged: a rare stone well of 30m of depth, an imposing sight on the Burgundian roofs of Chevroches and its church, on the foothills of Morvan, on the channel of the Nivernais and its small port.
Here, enjoy our superb swimming pool with a panoramic view, accessible to guests of the estate. Relax in a 12-metre long pool, surrounded by beautiful vegetation and a relaxing calm. The little extra? Our pool house, an open and friendly house next to the pool, where everything has been thought of for you. Whether you want to relax in the shade, prepare an aperitif or have a barbecue, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to enjoying this real outdoor living space.
Another space awaits your curiosity: take the path from the central courtyard; it leads to the old limestone quarry. The place is a real well of history and memories.
